Botanic gardens outing gave Shirayuki Majo a sun burn. but she’d rather call it a tan. she was quite proud that her skin never peels after a burn from the sun. how did she get it?
oh well, Shira-Chan tried to be hardworking and lamented on not being able to go explore in the botanic gardens because N.T was reluctant to bake in the sun and walk far. so when the cohort was dismissed, she went all around the gardens looking for a spot to draw something beautiful. she ended up sitting out in the open at 1pm sketching purple water lilies and their pads. the first one she thought wasn’t good enough. so she drew another side by side. the only difference was size but oh well…
Shira-Chan actually thought the feeling of loneliness was quite peaceful. she had wanted the company of N.T or G.P at first, but they were shagged and wanted lunch. so they left and the girl stayed behind. she felt it was beneficial to her, snapping more pictures, seeing more things like statues and structures N.T lost out on.
it was at 3.40pm when Shira-Chan decided to pack up and get a milk shake at mac donalds. she didn’t wanna leave. it was unbearable to part with a place filled with so many beautiful things she could draw and keep in her sketchbook, but she had to go or she’ll dehydrate.
she never thought sketching could be that tiring. after the long day of work, she felt lazy and wanted to relax, so instead of her intentions of walking back to orchard road, she took a bus(and felt really guilty she threw away 64c from her ezlink card).
she stank. (or is it stinked, or stunk? ) so when she reached her destination, (boy she felt independent boarding a bus she’s never taken before and alighting at the correct venue) she went down to marks n spencers to pretend to test deodorants. she had planned this on her bus journey there. “brilliant idea!”she thought to herself. she tried not to make it obvious that she was spraying it all over her for use by walking down aisles, sniffing powder… she was even worrried by doing so, she’d look like was going to shop lift. haha. but all was well. she proceeded to the toilet after that. to pee of course!!! try holding ur pee for 6 hours straight!
the milk shake was oooooh so nice n refreshing! Shira-Chan actually felt hungry too and walked to taka to get sth. but she couldn’t find something delicious enough to eat her fill and got the $1 offer (kaya crossaint) from deli france. she had wanted another ice cream but oh well, she didn’t wanna waste wad she worked hard at losing weight.
she wished she had company, but it was okay. she went to art friend to get her wood carving knives and a linoleum pad, then went to the basement to check out the toy exhibition. she felt it benefited her because she’s gonna embark on projects with the theme “TOYS” for semester 1, and saw stuff she never thought of as toys before, like mini musical instruments…
it was a tiring day, but Shira-Chan pushed herself to drawing more stuff from the pics she uploaded on her com and refrained from napping.
